CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY

Whilst clinics are closed due to Corona Virus I continue offering an online service of teaching “listen to your body” hands on self regulation and visualisations.

This has been proven to be a successful technique to help dealing with your stress levels whilst unwinding and balancing your body. It improves sleep, lowers pain and helps you get back in touch with your own body.

With the gentlest of touch it supports your body's innate ability to balance, restore and heal itself. The therapist senses restrictions, misalignments and/or areas of emotional holding and helps to release them in a supported and comfortable way. Listening with hands to your body is very much like a counsellor listening to your words and the body very much responds by reconnecting to its own balance and vitality; The treatment works on all levels of physical and emotional health.


​Clients report a feeling of truly being heard, supported, deeply relaxed and very much feeling like themselves again.
​Who is it for? its suitable for all ages from birth to old age.
People use it for acute conditions like injuries, tension, aches and pains or longstanding chronic conditions; sometimes simply to help cope with the stress of our everyday busy lives.


​Treatment takes place fully clothed lying on your back or side and usually lasts for 45-60 minutes. Stand alone first time taster sessions are available however a course of 3-6 treatments is highly recommended.

WELLBEING COACHING

We offer a gentle yet very effective support to the person who wants to solve a problem in their life, or needs help to make the right decision;  it might be that you want to reach a specific goal or that you feel out of sorts, unfulfilled, like something is missing.

 

It is often the case that in our busy striving lives we lose touch with ourselves and need to reconnect to what and who we truly are.


So, if you want to be inspired, encouraged and feel listened to, enabling you to take positive step forward, then coaching might be the right thing for you.

Together we will look at your present, consider the past and I'll support you moving forward step by step into a positive future.

​Wellbeing coaching is highly confidential, supportive, non judgmental and non directive . Sessions can run up to one hour and we will be able to work online via Skype/Zoom or  1:1 in the clinic.

We will be covering wellbeing subjects like nutrition, lifestyle, environment, emotional health, movement, finances, life purpose, and relationships.

NUTRITIONAL THERAPY

Naturopathic Nutritional Therapy is the natural way to heal the body from the inside out.

My primary focus is using Food as Medicine 

I use the energy of natural foods, herbs and spices to restore inner body balance and use functional foods to increase energy levels, down regulate stress and inflammation and increase overall resilience. 

Aiming to get to the cause of the problem, not just treating the symptoms, I work with a holistic approach taking into account areas of lifestyle, environment and emo-tional wellbeing and pay particular attention to inner and outer stressors, which can impact our overall health dramatically. 

I use a variety of tools like dietary assessment, sign & symptom questionnaires, ap-propriate laboratory testing, education, mentoring, encourage dietary changes, fast-ing, detoxification and supplements where required.

S- start by taking down your personal health history. 

M- move on to what you want to achieve 

A- assess what is happening in your health at present and 

R- review what happened in the past 

T- the step by step personalised Nutrition and Wellbeing plan is drawn up to fit your requirements 

E- encouraging self management, I provide you with technical and practical 

knowledge, supply you with self help tools and explanations as to how to 

improve all your body system functions. 

R- review progress and supply mentoring support to help you reach your goals and 

further maintain your wellbeing in the future.
