Who is it for? 

 

It is suitable for all ages 

acute conditions like injuries, tension, aches and pains,

for longstanding chronic conditions

Some simply use it for stress relief on a regular basis.

 

Treatment takes around 45minutes.

Stand alone first time taster sessions are available, however a course of 3-6 treatments is highly recommended.

 

WELLBEING COACHING

My Wellbeing Coaching sessions offer very effective support to those who want to make their own decisions and choices when it comes to lifestyle, health and wellbeing but don’t know how to, or are feeling stuck and have lost hope that anything will ever change.

 

For this reason I offer Wellbeing Coaching to those who:

 

  • Want to ditch the tiredness, fatigue & pain and step into their power again

  • Want to be inspired, encouraged and feel listened to

  • Want to find those positive steps forward into a brighter future

 

If this is how you feel then coaching will be the right thing for you.

 

My sessions are highly confidential, supportive, non judgmental and non directive. 

They last 40 to 50 minutes and are held on a 1-2-1 basis.

 

One off sessions are available however I recommend a 6 session approach for quicker success.

 

NATUROPATHIC NUTRITIONAL THERAPY

The natural and gentle way to support and nurture your body back to balance and health.

Sessions last up to an hour and are available as “ Nutrition only” or as part of the Relax- Recharge- Rejuvenate programme.

My clients take the lead and my role is to support, listen, mentor, coach and provide practical knowledge where and when it is needed.
